The School Committee is a brand new branch within Save the Children Capital, which will help support the purpose of saving, protecting and strengthening the most disadvantaged children in Denmark and the rest of the world.

The approach is to involve the schools and the children in order to spread the message about Save the Children and to achieve the ambitions.

The work of the committee originates from the slogan 'Children help children' . With this slogan in mind, the powers are broad and you will really have the opportunity to bring your creative abilities into play.

This is for you who want to set the direction for a whole new area within the Save the Children Capital.

You are the ideal candidate if you have more or less experience in the field of school, both from current or former position. This was like an SFO employee, school secretary, teacher, school leader or similar.

We are looking for someone who can offer ideas and be creative in the brainstorming process, but at the same time have experience and insight that can tell whether projects are realistic and durable at school.

Team and time consumption

The school committee currently consists of. by one volunteer project manager, and five other volunteers. It is an exciting task with great development potential, which requires creativity, overview and a structured approach to the task solution. It is expected that you will spend approx. 2 hours a week at your volunteer

About Save the Children Capital

As a volunteer in the school committee, you become part of the Save the Children Capital. We are an association with over 150 volunteers and we work with a variety of activities. We have an ambition to become the leader in volunteering in Denmark. Besides being a volunteer organization, we have a strong unity and a lot of enthusiasts who want to make a difference.
