AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of higher education institutions. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national / social origin.

In order to address the world's leadership gap, AIESEC is offering the world's most advanced leadership framework for young people, by providing young people with hands-on experience as well as providing spaces to reflect on these experiences, learn from them and through them become better leaders.

Since we were founded, we have engaged and developed over 1,000,000 young people who have been through an AIESEC experience. The impact of our organization can be seen through our alumni representing the business, NGO and world leaders, including one Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Maarti Atisaari of Finland.

United Nations Partnerships with AIESEC for SDGs Execution.  Youthspeak Forum is a premier event held in over 100 countries. The Forum brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

 AIESEC in Denmark held its first YouthSpeak Forum early this year on April 25th 2019, attracting a cross-section of delegates and stakeholders.
