As the manager of the Danish People's Aid recycling shop in the heart of Aarhus, it is important that you are spacious and good at talking to people. You can create the good atmosphere where there is high ceilings and space for everyone.

You will be in charge of coordinating the store's day-to-day operations and schedules. You are responsible for the store's clothing selection and products, etc. and is responsible for the coordination of activities.

We expect:

  • That you are interested in recycling, store operations and management and would like to have experience in management
  • That you can set aside 10 - 15 hours a week
  • That you value involvement, collaboration and sharing of responsibilities
  • That you have an eye for - or experience with decor, styling and sales
  • That you are organizationally strong and can cut through
  • That you see the value in the other volunteers and appreciate their efforts
  • That you love creating results and interacting with the other volunteers
