We are currently looking for a handful of volunteers who are passionate about mindfulness and who want to start a small process with us.

We are located on Rønnebærvej 19 in Holte, which is a house full of activities and communities. Many people come who have experienced difficult times in life, and so they demand some mindfulness exercises and fellowship so that they can calm their minds and feel themselves.

We imagine that the course lasts 1-2 hours once a week, and it is us volunteers ourselves who decide what kind of mindfulness and approach we will use from time to time, but based on a recognizable form.

The idea is that at one time we are 1-2 volunteers, who are responsible for the process, and then we change from time to time according to the time and profits of the individual. You should therefore want to contribute to 1-2 hours of mindfulness at least once a week.

You should not have a lot of knowledge and knowledge in mindfulness, we are just looking for some who have some good exercises and who want to teach the exercises to others who need to feel the magic of mindfulness.

We hope to start as soon as possible, preferably over the summer holidays.
