About the position:
Mentoring is about supporting a child or young person in gaining a greater belief in themselves. Over the course of a year, the mentor and mentee get to know each other, where they can do everything from playing basketball to talking about the difficult sides of life.
We are looking for you who are responsible and committed and want to make a difference for children and young people. As a project manager, you are, among other things, responsible for recruiting other volunteers for the project, as well as coordinating the tasks in the project group together with the other project manager and the activity managers. The working hours will be flexible and you must like working both independently and with a team.
