Psychologist to clinic for migrants
Caritas Dialogue is a mental health service for the socially disadvantaged with limited or no access to the established health care system. The target group of migrants is particularly vulnerable to mental health problems and has difficulty accessing help.
The program offers free therapy sessions with trained therapists in 10 different languages. The sessions are psysical and well as online, and there is a bookingsystem to make it accessible to the target group.
The task is to take shifts in the program and see clients.
As of now we are looking for Ukrainian/Russian speaking therapists and Rumanian speaking as well.
Feel free to reach out if you have other language competences.
We would like volunteers to take minimum one shift per month, the shift planning takes place in a fixed schedule. In addition, individual agreements can be made about the course of the conversation, which is determined according to the volunteer's calendar and wishes.
There is permanent access to supervision, both group supervision and individual emergency supervision when needed.
As a volunteer, you become part of a committed volunteer team with a nice tone and a common desire to contribute to giving a vulnerable group in Danish society the opportunity for medical care and psychological assistance.
Hope to hear from you! :-)
