KlubVenus in the Local Department Vendsyssel is looking for volunteers + 18 years

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who want to make a difference for others a few hours a month.

You may like to be:

• + 18 year old girl
• Very interested in making a difference for children and young people in Brønderslev
• Responsible in your tasks and appearance.
• Curious about new tasks and the journey we are going on together.
• Fun and have humor as we need to be able to laugh and have a safe trusting community.

What do we do for KlubVenus?
In KlubVenus last year we were, among other things: in Fårup summerland, on a girl's weekend in Skallerup dune and on a horseback ride one summer evening along the beach. This year we have just been to a street party in Aarhus, where we heard concerts by i.a. Tessa, Icekiid and Tobias Rahim + we were allowed to come backstage. All these cool activities that we plan for the girls, you as a volunteer have the opportunity to participate in for free, as we through sponsorships or URK get money for experiences for the girls like these.

Besides you can participate in a lot of cool activities, we have, as the most important thing, our club night every Tuesday from kl. 18.00-20.30. Here we meet in our own club room and do everything from cooking, jewelry and spa evening.

What is a local branch?
KlubVenus is part of the local department - URK Vendsyssel. Which you also have the opportunity to be a part of.
A local branch is a group of locally engaged organizational volunteers who drive and kickstart new communities for and with children and youth. The local department consists of a group of committed volunteers who together are responsible for the organizational tasks: to plan, drive the strategy, keep track of the finances, recruit volunteers and start new activities in collaboration with public, private and other civil actors in Vendsyssel.
Together, we create a structure that strengthens efforts to develop and start up more social communities for children and young people. The local branch plays a major central role in the Youth Red Cross' dream that everyone should be able to be something special for someone.

We work to bring out the smile in children and young people who may otherwise have a difficult everyday life.

In the local department Vendsyssel we currently have. the following activities:

• Spilopperne - An activity for children and young people at the women's crisis center.
• The barn owls
• KlubVenus
• KlubVenus +

But there is opportunity and space for even more and that is why we need you!

What do you get?
As a volunteer you will:
