Right now we are looking for a volunteer HR coordinator for Barnets Butik in Roskilde. As an HR coordinator, you will be part of a committed volunteer group, where you are the coordinating force to ensure that recruitment to the store takes place and to dress new volunteers for work in the store. You can expect to spend 4-6 hours per week on this task.

As HR coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Hold conversations with interested volunteers
  • Coordinate the start-up for new volunteers
  • Visit the store 2-3 times a week and work with well-being among the volunteers
  • Help solve any challenges in the volunteer group
  • Do your part to ensure that the store is run in a sustainable and pleasant way, so that it is a pleasant place for customers as well as other volunteers.
