Specialsport.dk is looking for volunteer companions for children and young people in the metropolitan area who dream of taking part in activities in their spare time, but where the parents do not have the opportunity to go along. That's why you are needed!
Your task will consist of picking up from home/school and following to a sport/activity and back home. In addition, you must be available during the time period in which the activity takes place, which is usually an hour.
The accompaniment will most often take place by public transport, but in some cases it will be an advantage by car.
We promise that you will have fun and, not least, that you will make a difference to a child and his family.
We expect from you:
- That you are reliable
- That you are clear in your communication
- That you are patient
- That you want to help children and young people with special needs and disabilities
- That you are open and willing to learn
- That you can commit for a minimum of 3 months, once a week
