Do you want to experience something very special during your sabbatical year, and do you have the courage to pass on some of our strong values in Denmark to young boys from Tanzania ... then you should apply to become a volunteer at the Young Boys Academy, Tanzania - Tanzania's only real football academy, which is also Danish-run.
We will develop the football talent of boys aged 9-17 while providing a full academic sponsorship at a well-established and excellent school. Help give boys 2-3 chances in life.
Help us make future role models in Tanzania. We want to give our boys two or three platforms: Football, Education or a permanent job.
We believe that our focus on the whole person means that 'our boys' from one of the two or three platforms can make a difference in the Tanzania of the future.

Young Boys Academy, Tanzania's vision is to develop young boys in Tanzania to become future role models. We do this by providing them with a high-quality academic education and elite football training.
Everything is based on the holistic mindset: Body (Football), Mind (School) & Spirit (Character), which means that when the boys finish the Young Boys Academy, they have two or three obvious chances:
i) They have the opportunity to become professional footballers,
ii) They have the opportunity to follow the academic path of university,
iii) They have the opportunity to become an attractive employee in a good company in Tanzania
And regardless, they will all become role models for future young Tanzanians - just because of their human nature.
