Patientstøtte

We are currently starting new activities and thereby expanding our target groups. It requires that our communication be targeted in order to reach even more people. Do you want to join?

The dream is a communication team in the department. Until now, communication has been carried out by a single person on the board. But that's not good enough. And this is where you come into the picture. We need you as activity manager for communication. You will take on the task of conveying all the good stories that our department draws every day/week. Both the uplifting stories, such as when we distribute Christmas aid and help needy families, the difficult stories about people in need and certainly also the funny and crazy stories from our fantastic community as Red Cross volunteers.

We dare to promise that you will not be bored, because there is always something fun, crazy, exciting or absolutely fantastic happening every day in the Red Cross. Will you help us tell the rest of the population about it and make Red Cross fires even more alive and present for many people.

We need to increase awareness of our broad, local and national efforts for vulnerable Danes, so that we can help even more Danes and recruit even more who can help. And we need you for that!

We would very much like you to:

  • have the desire and courage to work with communication in Red Cross Fires
  • passionate about helping vulnerable Danes and others who need support
  • would like to volunteer a few hours a week
  • values community and team spirit

You do not need to be trained in communication or journalism to be part of the communication team, but you must have a desire and interest in social media, press work and similar communication work. The Red Cross national office helps you dress for the task to the extent you need.

This is what you get out of it:

  • You help the Red Cross in its work to help people all over the world.
  • You will become part of the department's communication team and gain experience with communication in the broadest sense.
  • You will have the opportunity to expand your communication skills and communication skills.
  • You expand your network and meet other volunteers and regular Red Cross employees.
  • You get an insight into and plenty of hands-on experience from the world's largest humanitarian aid organisation.

We cannot offer you a salary - in return, we offer good experiences, a professional community and a strong feedback culture, so that you can develop as a communicator.

The Red Cross works to help the world's most vulnerable people - both abroad and in Denmark. We are always present and can step in where help is needed. This is the core vision of the Red Cross. In Denmark, the Red Cross has 204 branches throughout the country and 34,000 volunteers who work for Denmark's vulnerable. That is why there is always a Red Cross volunteer close to all Danes, and help is always just around the corner.
