Do you live in an apartment in the city, is your garden not big enough, or just can't get enough of gardening?
At Humlemagasinet in Harndrup on Funen, we need help to look after our beautiful gardens, and the help can be anything from weeding, cutting hedges, mowing grass, replanting, and a lot of other things.
It is important to say that here at Humlemagasinet we have no requirements for age, physical condition or knowledge, but simply want as much help as possible, regardless of whether it is 1 hour a week or 3 days a week.
The voluntary work is not only a gain for Humlemagasinet, but to a very large extent also for the volunteers, the vast majority of whom are pensioners. Through the work and contacts with other volunteers and with the many visitors, a great social unity is created, which means that everyday life becomes significant at the same time that it provides distraction in an existence that for some may feel a little lonely.
