The Danish Language Assistance Service is looking for volunteers to help foreigners living here with the Danish language. These are citizens who are in a language course at a language school.
Some citizens want help with homework, others just want to practice speaking Danish.
You work 1 to 1 in a course of 12 sessions. Together with the student, you plan where and when you will meet. For example, at the library or virtually.
You will receive an introduction before you start, and there will be follow-up along the way, as well as the possibility of supervision.
Some of the students are healthcare professionals from abroad who come to Denmark to work.
A rewarding and important job that can help a foreigner living here get started in Denmark.
