Make a difference and create amazing experiences for children and young people in Ørestaden

🌿 Who are you?

We are looking for you who want to be part of our volunteer community, whether you are a student, pensioner, man or woman, it does not matter. As long as you want to be part of FDF Ørestad. There are many opportunities with us, you can plan and hold activities, you can simply show up and participate in already planned activities, you can participate in weekend trips, be a postman at FDF races, get a place on the board, the opportunities with us are many.

🌿 What is FDF?
FDF is a children's and youth association where children and young people get a place to meet the world through relationships, faith, play and community involvement. In FDF, children and young people develop strong social skills, they have great experiences, and they feel that we as humans are created for equal community. In the community with others, they find a safe framework to challenge themselves and look curiously at the world around us. The activities in FDF are diverse, at FDF Ørestad there is, among other things, a focus on play and outdoor life

At FDF Ørestad we have several teams:

🌟 Family FDF (3-6 years)

• Children and their parents meet for fun and games on Sundays in even weeks from 2:40 PM to 4:00 PM .
• The focus is on presence, coziness, creativity and play.

🌟 Toddlers and Boys (7-10 years old)

• In this group, the children do not have parents with them, they meet every Thursday at 5-6 pm.
• Focus on play, teamwork and skills such as learning how to pitch a tent

🌟 Squire (10-12 years)

• This team focuses on play, cooperation and skills such as making a fire, cooking on a trangia, using a compass and much more. The squires meet every Thursday at 6:30-8 p.m. ,

🌟 Blue Open Space (+15 years)

• A new and exciting initiative for confirmation candidates and former confirmation candidates. The plan is that they will meet 1-2 times a month in a free and open community.

🌟 Family FDF for home-based families

• A new offer aimed at families, they will meet every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm .
