Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and oversee programs that support human rights and mental health initiatives
✅ Lead project planning, implementation, and evaluation
✅ Coordinate advocacy efforts and community engagement
✅ Supervise a team of passionate volunteers

Qualifications

🔹 Experience in program management (preferably in NGOs or social impact sectors)
🔹 Knowledge of human rights frameworks and mental health policies
🔹 Good leadership, communication, and fundraising skills
🔹 Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
