Are you someone who enjoys listening, encouraging, and sharing what you know about work life in Denmark?
Join us at ReDI School as a volunteer career coach - and help amazing women take their next steps into the job market.
You don't need to have a fancy title or be a career expert. If you're worked in Denmark, know a bit aboout CVs, LinkedIn, or job applications - and you're up for a chat every now and then - you're already well on your way.
As a career coach, you'll ...
- Meet 1 - 2 times a month with a ReDI student (online or in person)
- Share tips on CVs, portfolios, job interviews, and LinkedIn
- Talk about hopes, dreams, and future career ideas
- Join a friendly community of other woluneer coaches
- Get invited to fun social events and inspiring workshops
- Help someone find confidence and direction - and learn a lot yourself, too!
Experience in tech or digital fields is a plus, but definitely not required. What matters most is your willingness to support and be present.✨
📌Practical information
- Time commitment: around 1-2 hours a month
- Coaching period: 5 month, from October to February
- Location: Aarhus + online
- Format: 1:1 or group coaching
