Trainers for Skåde Riding Club's Tour de Kæphest!
At Skåde Rideklub, we have a dream of leading the development of riding for girls - with or without a horse.
In recent years, we have managed to create the framework for an inspiring and unique club environment that makes it attractive to go horseback riding with us - now you have the chance to become part of our passionate coaching team.
We need coaches to train girls in horse riding - and it starts in the after-school program.
On a fancy horse you can jump, perform dressage or do cross-country riding in the forest.
Together with Aarhus Municipality, we have set out to activate girls from grades 0-3 in after-school care.
We travel around in the afternoons from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM with our 10 pony horses on our electric cargo bike and introduce pony riding as something fun and something that gets the pulse racing in the after-school programs.
Therefore, we will now create a completely new coaching team, hopefully together with you.
We need you whether you want to be our cycling coaching team 1 or 2 times a week or as a coach in the club with the same girls typically on the weekends.
We are looking for coaches for the following teams:
- Coach for girls in grades 0-3 in jumping
- Trainer for girls in grades 0-3 in dressage
- Coach for girls in grades 0-3 in cross-country riding
- Coach for girls in grades 0-3
As a trainer at Skåde Riding Club, you will get lots of experiences, responsibility and sparring, and you will become part of a well-functioning club community where camaraderie and riding go hand in hand.
You will receive a clothing package, the opportunity for trainer training in fancy horses, free participation in the club's joint meals and the opportunity for tax-free reimbursement.
We need both experienced trainers who are used to riding and are used to being around horses, as well as more untested talents - the important thing is that you are driven by a desire to learn from you, can inspire and motivate the very young "riders" and, not least, pass on the passion for riding and community.
