Many people who are granted early retirement or are on sick leave for a longer period need a network in their daily lives when everyone else is at work. We are looking for a facilitator who can give a few hours a week - or every 14 days - to a group of women. The group meets during the day, which is important to them.
The network is open and has the character of a conversation group, where people meet and talk about both big and small things. The role of the leader is to make coffee and be the stable point of contact for the group. Maybe you have relevant professional experience, but most importantly, you want to help create a community for people who lack a network.
As a coordinator at the Volunteer Center and Self-Help Svendborg, you will receive regular supervision and sparring as well as the opportunity for competency development through courses held by external facilitators.
