The LGBT+HUSETS mentoring scheme is looking for a new coordinator who can handle the behind-the-scenes work in the mentoring scheme. This means handling coordination tasks and participating in meetings with the mentors. It is important that you can work independently and are passionate about working with the LGBT+ community. We will probably teach you everything else thoroughly!
This volunteer job is a great opportunity to gain experience in project management and volunteer coordination while making a tangible difference for the young mentees we meet in the program. The job is perfect for students!
Your tasks will be:
- Plan and participate in mentoring meetings
- Hold introductory conversations with new mentors and mentees
- Match mentors and mentees based on questionnaires
- Collect evaluation after mentoring
