Are you passionate about culture and want to create events?

As a volunteer, you get the opportunity to create exciting events and activities in Sønderborg – from the idea phase to the final event – you are involved all the way. The process is facilitated by the library's youth team, and previously our cool volunteers impressed with, among other things, creating a podcast workshop, Book Bingo, and Sønderborg's first Youth Monopoly. 

Now we are ready for a new season, and we are really looking forward to welcoming a new squad. Grap the opportunity to create inspiring events for others and make a difference to Sønderborg's cultural offerings for young people. 

Why join us as a volunteer?

 What do we expect from you as a volunteer?  

• That you participate in meetings with the other volunteers  
• That you participate in the planning of youth events in late September-November 2025 and February-April 2026  
• That you participate in hosting your events in November 2025 and April 2026  
• That you are between 18-25 years old 

 Culture Collective meets on Tuesdays at 16.30-18.30 from late September-November 2025 and from February-April 2026.   
The first meeting is Tuesday September 30th at 16.30-19.30 at Biblioteket Sønderborg.
