Nature Adventure Club

We are a group of volunteers who run a nature experience club in Northwest. Together, we ensure that children and families in vulnerable positions receive good and rewarding experiences in nature all year round as well as a positive community. Nature is filled with free experiences and offers more than many families know about. That's why nature is a great tool for creating communities and fun experiences for families who are having trouble arranging experiences with their children. About once a month, we arrange a weekend break of 4-5 hours, and we allow you to have a break and create memories together with each other and other families. It can be anything from a treasure hunt in nature, a walk in the forest with food over a fire or a trip out fishing.

What does it require from you?

  • Participation in planning and evaluation meetings
  • Ability to meet your fellow men at eye level
  • Settlement of tours
  • Spatiality and a desire to be part of a community
  • A love for nature and all it has to offer

We expect you to participate as a minimum in 1 meeting and 1 trip a month and are willing to spend time between trips and meetings on planning and coordination.

What can we offer you?

  • A strong community, new relationships and a strong network
  • Competent sparring
  • The opportunity to make a difference for vulnerable families and children
  • Great influence on your tasks
