Save the Children in Svendborg runs a family experience club, which creates experiences for vulnerable children with their family. It is children who sit too much at home, are not in the community, do not participate in leisure activities, etc., because the family is socially or financially affected. They feel different and outside. They suffer deprivation from their peers.
Through the family experience club, we make a difference for some of these children.

In order to arrange these trips for the families, it is necessary to apply for funds for this. The job that Fundraiser entails is to write applications for funds, business, etc. and to get offers from the places that the experience club visits.

The task can be done from home for the most part, perhaps with some meetings with donors etc. and participation in board meetings.
We want an independent person with courage on a joint responsibility for the association's economy. If you are also full of ideas and go-to, it's just a plus!
There is the possibility of a "soft" transition as our current fundraiser has the opportunity to remain seated until summer if little support is needed during the start-up period.

We are looking for people there:

  • Is passionate about making a difference and is motivated by clear financial results
  • Is systematic, good to follow up and outreach to possible donors / partners
  • Have the heart in the right place

We are looking forward to hear from you
